What happens to dispute emails?

First email was sent to Experian - ********** (now the incorrect email address) from

From: Smalman Attorneys

Sent: Thursday, January 19, 2017 2:45 PM

Not received when a follow up call was made on the 06th Feb due the email address being changed (NB Website has not being updated with new details)

Another email was then sent

From: Rafia Reddy
Sent: Monday, 06 February 2017 2:37 PM
To: ********** ********** />

Follow up call - Thursday 16.02.2017 @ 2.40pm - Apprently the second email sent on the 06th was also never received or they were unable to "find" it. So the dispute was never logged. Zanele the agent i spoke to on the 6th assured me she received the mail and would log the call with Admin to resolve. Today, Palesa said the call was never logged due to no email being received and Zanele was not in to account for this. Now i must wait another 7-14 days for something that was supposed to have been resolved from the first date it was sent through

I asked Palesa if anyone knew what was actually going on because it seems otherwise and would she be happy with that kinda of services... her answer was No. So if you not happy to receive such appauling service, why should us consumers be happy with it?

And please explain why Zanele never bothered to log the call she told me she would on the 6th Feb. Someone needs to be help accountable for this.
