Want my money back paid for something I didn't get

<p>Buying a home is stressful enough. I then pullled my free credit report which I received, I was then told to get a full report which I paid for on the 28th of July 2016. On my Credit card, since then I was asked 4 times to send my copy of my ID and proof of residence through which I have. I am fed up now and want my money back. My home loan was approved without this report so I paid for nothing. I called the call centre yesterday where I was advised that the manual payment was not PROCESSED!! How is this my problem??? I want a full refund ASAP</p>
