Violating my right to free credit report

<p>I've requested my free credit report from Experian,only to be given a summary and was asked to submit copy of ID and proof of residence which I did. Its been 48hrs and I'm still waiting!!!! What bothered me most is the information on the summary which is incorrect. I urgently need to fix whatever it is you've there as I'm in a process of buying a house. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've sent countless emails no response. I can't call the centre as I'm DEAF.I feel so violated by the kind of treatment am getting. If they want me to pay for it,let them say so!!! </p>
