Violating my prescription right

Good day I have a problem with Experian they are refusing to remove a standard back revolving credit from my profile which Prescribed in 15 July 2021.I have been requesting them to remove the debt since August 2024 they are always promising to remove.last week they gave me a ticket number indicating that they will remove the debt.(they gave me ticket number 845625 and indicated that the debt is prescribed)today when I made follow up they said they won't remove the debt because it is not prescribed,the last time I paid that debt or acknowledged it it was 15 July 2021.Mbd attorneys started calling me in September 2024 and I indicated that the debt I had is prescribed.
