Very Very Poor Communication

So it seems like the only way I can get a response from you guys is to list it on this website, you guys comment privately but don't comment further and follow through because why would you it is not a new post on the site that effects you.

how is one supposed to apply for credit or even try and go through a bond originator if the run the credit check on experian?

i have accounts that was last updated in 2021 that was actually prescribed but still shows in arrears because you don't update the report. everything looks all good and well when you view the home page but when you actually download the report it is a mess. but I suppose I'm not the only one that complaints if you look at your ratings on hello peter.

I have been sending mails every day with no response. please update my report and i will delete my posts and give a rating for the service i received.
