Very Unhappy with Experian SA

My husband went to his bank to sort out debit orders. The lady told him that I put us under debt review, and gave him the information of the company that put us under debt review which is Experian SA. I NEVER agreed to this. We want to apply for a house loan in the next 2 - 3 months. I tried to contact Experian but they keep on sending me the same mail. There is no way to get in contact with them. I need help.
