Very poor service from experian

I really think credit providers need to stick to Transunion with our credit information, they are efficient and have a quick turn around time in dealing with our quries and disputes. How many times must we wait for experian to resolve or deal with our disputes? 3 months, 6 months, a year? This is unacceptable. You are messing with people's livelihoods here. I've been waiting for prescribed accounts to be removed from my credit report for ages.
