Very poor service and complete disregard of customer service
Last year I learnt that I had judgements in my name and such judgements were an error as they were levies of a property I had sold in 2017 and in 2019 this error happened. What I was not aware of at the time that both TransUnion and Experian had the same data, I made contact with TransUnion to dispute them and the investigation process was quick and my disputes were accepted, judgements were removed and credit report updated accordingly. Fast forward early 2023 while trying to buy a property, the same judgements appear, this time only with Experian, I sent an e-mail to them on the 17 March 2023, I only received a response on the 31st March 2023 which read "Please note that we are unable to open the Application to Rescission of Judgments." I then responded on the same day to try and get Clarity on the response given and also to try and get further assistance but that was the last I heard of them. On the 6th April I sent another e-mail, still trying to get assistance but there was never any response todate.
