VERY POOR SERVICE
I wish Experian can learn by Transunion. Experian service are slow to get any feedback from them
I send them numerous emails to take off 2 x Judgement, which is Shoprite Checkers/ Rainbow Finance as i paid them in full . i started from the 21 Sept 2020 and they apparently only received on the 29th Sept 2020. I also ask them to take off a Payment history from MBD Legal collection as that is prescribed debt as they not allowed to put me on Experian as a slow payer nor i owe that company nothing , but that company listed me on my Payment profile.
Please learn from TRANSUNION as they help me quick and everything was sorted and i Handled Transunion and Experian on the same time. My Transunion Credit report is sorted and im Happy!!!!!!
Connection of the MBD Legal Collectors list me on Experian as Payment History which i contacted Experian to dispute it as its Prescribed Debt. I also made contact to the Credit Ombudsman and they assisted me which MBD send me a Letter to confirm that they will not collect it and they will update Credit Bureau.
I want this matter be sorted and to take off the Dispute as i have the Document for proof from the MBD.
I need assistance URGENTLY as im in the process to buy a House but Experian keeping me behind. AGAIN THANKS FOR TRANSUNION !!!!!!!!!!!
