Very poor service

It is so difficult to obtain credit report. I am not allowed to obtain free credit report from their website before I submit ID copy and proof of residence, which i submitted but still no response. The contact number provided ***has some options to choose from, but once you've chosen the option for credit reports the phone rings and rings with no response. There is no automated voice message telling you to please hold and that they will be with you shortly.
