Very poor dispute process and *********** staff.

How do I start with so many instances of not only poor service but downright could not care and rasist attitude. Experion got 2 companies listed on my credit profile that is actively busy with ********* and *****ulent business' practices. The first is MBD Legal collections that tries to revive debt that is older than 6 years and I have no knowledge off , The second is Direct Axis that listed prescribed debt by their own admission ,but because they sold this debt it is now listed again *********ly. I have followed their dispute process , it is now a month later with not as much as a response. Don't even try to call because in 20 attempts not a single time was the phone answered after holding for over 10min every time. I find it ironic that they make a living out of all of our financial information but have no interest to report it correctly , choosing to rather accept money from these *****ulent companies to list customers.
