Very inaccurate, poor admin processes.
Extremely scary how this credit beaureax has so much power but the admin processes are so inaccurate First you duplicate an account of mine, then you fail to update the account. I can't even log a dispute because tge system won't let nw. I've mailed you ages ago, I received confirmation but still no feedback thereafter.
Again, how can such a company be allowed to affect our credit score on such a level

Experian displays information that is received via monthly electronic file submissions in a format that has been agreed between the National Credit Regulator, the South African Credit and Risk Reporting Agency (to which the credit providers belong as data suppliers) and the credit bureaus.
Section 72 of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (NCA) gives provision for a consumer to challenge the accuracy of the information.
