VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am very disappointed with MY CREDIT CHECK ,I was reffered by a friend to register and get quick help from MY CREDIT CHECK . I've been logging one query since last month and no comes back to me with feedback instead they always want me to keep on sending the same thing over and over again ,I don't understand their process its like going around in circles. I've been asking them to update my cell c accounts which were paid last year 2019 November till to date nothing has been done ,I've been sending paid up letters left and right but nothing very disappointing and disgusted with the service .
