Very disappointed

This company I've been trying to get hold of them but at any part of the day you call +***1 this number it says they have a high call volume. I didn't know I was not informed that compuscan and Experian as a merged together now I'm having problems to clear my name from compuscan but it's cleared from Experian. And now it as damaged my credit score I need urgent help I need the directors to call me urgently resolve this issue. ***
