Valid dispute not taken seriously

If it were possible I would give no rating Experian credit bureau is the worst of the worst and since they have purchased Compuscan I guess the same will go for Compuscan. I have a valid prescribed debt logged it on 29 June 2021 and I still have not received feedback concerning my dispute,I have sent countless emails I even registered on their website to log the dispute and now Its 6 months later still nothing. It feels pretty much like prejudice as they can not provide evidence of me acknowledging the debt, makes one wonder if they and the creditors are not the same people
