Utterly poor service/no service
Waiting for months for a reply from Experian but to no avail. They don't respond to emails and no one picks up the telephone. Logged a dispute but didn't even get acknowledgement. What should I do?!

You wrote on 11 June that you updated me and my wife's records about not being under debt review anymore but according to my wife's credit report on your site, we are still listed as under debt review. My Id number is *** and my wife's is ***.
