UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY THE INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am writing this review on behalf of my employer, Dirk Van den Berg, who is a small business owner. In an effort to secure the capital for his small business during this trying time of the COVID -19 crises, he tried to apply for funding at a bank. However, his application can not go through due to the label of "debt review" on his credit profile. Experian has unfairly listed him as a person under debt review without any substance or proof in all endeavors. We have now exhausted all possible resources in a effort to get it removed so that he as a CEO can get a loan during this difficult time to support the business. Miss LAUREN WEPENER does not want to assist in these difficult times, and insists on a letter from the NCT who is currently not functioning. Our lawyers have tried to communicate with her numerous times and she refuses. As a result our employees, who are providing essential services are suffering and we will have to stop rendering services in the difficult time due to the negligence and unwillingly immoral lack of assistance of ExPERIAN, COMPUSCAN and LAUREN WEPENER. We have provided all the correct paper work and legal proof in order to indicated that the "debt review" label is wrongful. Even though the Mr Remo Lenisa indicated that we would be assisted in this matter since it is incredibly urgent. Therefor we are utterly disgusted by these people and companies and implore any one and everyone to not let such injustice take place.

Should they like to contact him and correct their negligence: ***

Dear Charnelle  We have the utmost and sincere sympathy for your company during these trying times.  Experian has shown commitment to continue assisting consumers by making its agents and staff available to consumers during this lockdown period.  Experian/Ms Wepener have made themselves available to yourselves and your attorney throughout this process and have explained the challenges of resolving this matter during this time and have confirmed that we will continue to try and assist in this matter.  As explained telephonically, all data removals must be done according to the NCA and we are therefor obliged to follow the required procedure.  We confirm that we will continue to liaise with the National Credit Regulator on your behalf and if there is a way to assist during this period, we will most definitely do so  We assure you of our continued best intentions to assist.

Warm regards
Experian
