Useless service, no answers to mails or calls

This is absolutely useless, email after email, holding on for 3-4minutes and still no one answers, dont even have time to complain but due to the incompetence my family and I might possibly lose a bond to a home that we really want, cannot believe people have such little respect for themselves and the companies they work for, if you want to contact me, contact me with answers and the report for my wife and I that we urgently require.
