Useless even sending them thw latest documents

I have been cleared by Wesbank as the debt is prescribed and experian returned the listing and I disputed and even sent them the letter from wesbank to say the debt is prescribed,I have never made even payment to wesbank to cancel this prescription, for 3 months I have been back and forth with them even sending the credit reports and finally this letter and the response is that i paid wesbank,though January it was confirmed by transunion that the debt is prescribed...They are just thumbsucking listing people...I am not happy as this is affecting my score...its five years now
