Useless employees

They have somehow employed *********** people actioning on the queries. First they close the wrong accounts, keep the status open on closed accounts. Then close all and then reopen all. MY CREDIT SCORE KEEPS FALLING BECAUSE OF EXPERIANS INCOMPETENCE. Now they have subracted 5 point because a credit check has expired after its 12 months. How do they let your score fall when an inquiry falls away whils there has been zero other factors. USELESS!
