Useless credit bureau
The worse credit bureau ever. Score remains the same, or drop points drastically. My score is 652 on Transunion and 615 on Experian. Make it make sense??

30 Jan 2026, 19:53I am extremely disappointed with Experian’s credit scoring accuracy and transparency. Just two days ago my credit score was 615, and today it dropped to 611, yet there has been absolutely no change on my credit profile. There were no new accounts, no missed or late payments, no credit enquiries, and no updates on any existing accounts.
This type of unexplained fluctuation makes no sense and seriously damages trust in Experian’s scoring system. A credit score should reflect real consumer behaviour and actual profile changes — not randomly decrease without justification.
What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. Experian does not provide clear explanations for score movements, leaving consumers confused and stressed. These scores directly affect major life decisions such as applying for car finance, home loans, personal loans, or even rental approvals.
I have made a conscious effort to manage my credit responsibly, maintain positive payment history, and improve my financial profile. Despite this, my score is being negatively affected with no explanation or supporting data.
Experian urgently needs to improve:

- Accuracy of credit reporting
- Transparency around scoring calculations
- Communication regarding score changes
- Consumer support when discrepancies occur
