Useless Company....How can any business trust their information!

Absolutely useless bunch, only responce I get is if I log an enquiry on FB, then a different person res[ponds with exactly the same questions. They send me an e-mail with a form to complete which I returned with all the necessary attached documents, since then i had no replies or communication and my dispute still is not resolved. I am at my wits-end!!!
