Useless company and ********** service (non-existent) - fire them all

Shocking service - well non-existent service since they never answer phones. In addition, filing a dispute they never respond or get back. Absolutely worse than government level service. By contrast, Transunion fixed my issue in 20 days, with Experian I never got through to talk to anyone. They should not work with credit if they cannot even answer damn phones! Useless company
