USELESS BUREAU, *********** SYSTEMS, THEY CANT REMOVE AN UNFAIR LISTING

I swear this is the most useless credit bureau and they deal with the most important finance sector that keeps alot of businesses working. EXPERIAN-813121 My Credit Check Dispute I have been going back and forth I even called waited for 40 minutes to get answered, my matter was escalated, the next day, for some odd reason I am back to where I started, its either they have *********** staff or they are lazy to read. Every email I am being asked to send my ID proof of letter, the works, I started being rude like "dont you guys read, this was attached in the previous emails just just one but all of them" This listing SSDA has no clue, they referred me to alefbetlearning who sent a prescribed letter stating the debt is closed, I attached an email communication with both companies and stated in my dispute with Experian that there is it, they respond telling me its not prescribed, ok, like none of these parties have this account open in my name so what is it still doing there, they respond" can they send a prescribed letter" F*******n IT WAS ATTACHED WITH THE COMMUNCATION I SENT YESTERDAY.

I honestly dont know whats next I am lodging a complain with NCR and ombudsmen, I am just stuck at the moment, I swear its like there is new person that read my email and is too lazy to follow up in the communication, you guys are useless, just close down and go back to where you come from
