 Good day  Experian is required to display a footprint of an enquiry for a period of one year in terms of Regulation 17 of the National Credit Act.  In the event that you did not apply for any form of finance e.g. home loan, credit card, vehicle finance, personal loan, business or provide consent for this enquiry to be made or if you suspect that another person made the enquiry **********ly, we need to follow the ***** process to investigate who made the unauthorized enquiry **********ly on your behalf (either externally or internally at the provider).  To do this investigation, the data supplier will require the following documents:  

1. Proof of identity
2. Proof of address (not older than 3 months)
3. Affidavit stating name of the provider, the date and time and that the enquiry was done **********ly because you did not consent to it being made. If logged by a third party, the affidavit may not be made by the third party, it must be made by the consumer themselves.
4. Six sample signatures
5. Three months bank statements dated from the date of the enquiry.
6. A copy of the Payslip dated from the date of enquiry.
