USELESS AND PATHETIC!!

You do not even deserve a star!!!

So many times I've been logging a dispute for my debt review listing on your site with no assistance in having it removed! You request for a 17w cancellation letter and when I do submit you tell me that the form 17w no longer works that I should tell the debt counsellor to update the NCR.. I HAVE CANCELLED THEIR SERVICES, I AM NOT UNDER DEBT REVIEW! I don't understand why its such a struggle with you when other bureaus have helped me swiftly without any hassle, but you Experian are a pain!!!

Let me not even mention the struggle in disputing just a mere account or enquiry!

Kindly remove the listing of debt review as I have cancelled in 2021 already but you are the only company refusing to update that incorrect information and my financial life is at a standstill because I cant even trade in my car or buy property because of you!

You should investigate a dispute to ensure that you are listing correct information on a consumer's profile, STOP RUINING LIVES AND CRIPPLING FINANCIAL NEEDS OF CONSUMERS WITH YOUR INCORRECT REPORTS!!!
