Useless and incorrect data

Good Day,

How is it possible that my credit score is sitting on 628 from July 2020. I have question this before and was assured that it would be look into and why is Nedbank still on my profile after this was paid up and this could be the reason why my score is not improving. I have been trying to call you guys and nobody is home. You guys are messing with people's life's and we are left at your mercy. You guys are useless and I fail to understand as to why they use your data, its incorrect and outdated.
