USELESS AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have never encountered such a useless and horrible service in my life. The company takes forever to reply to emails and put you on hold for hours. I have been trying to resolve a dispute with one of my accounts for months now but they are just not willing to help. I tried contacting the creditor but they referred me back to Experian. One would swear that their main objective is to destroy lives.
