Useless!!!

Worst company ever in june they reopened a bunch of accounts that was closed and after alot of time and money wasted they closed it and now once again last week monday they reopened one of the accounts again and on Fiday i had another notification on an update on the account then my score dropped to below average again you guys are ruining my life, getting sick and tired of this ****
