Urgent dispute: *****ulent Debt Review & ******** Credit flag

Dear Experian Dispute Resolution Department

I am writing to express my immense pain and frustration. My life has been turned upside down in just a few days by a company called Debt Help. This company misled me, claiming they could lower my interest rates because I was supposedly being overcharged. They presented me with a Form 16 and pressured me into signing a digital platform. I now understand, under my rights as a consumer, that this form, issued on the 11th of this month, does not give them the authority to place a debt review flag on my credit profile.

When my bank, Nedbank, called me on the 18th to warn me about these *****sters, I immediately requested a withdrawal form and rejection letters to be sent to all my creditors. Since then, Debt Help has become unreachable. They do not answer calls and have ignored my messages on WhatsApp, which is clear proof that they are not to be trusted. This *****ulent activity has caused me significant distress and has ********ly damaged my credit record. I have already lodged a formal complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and have received an acknowledgment letter. I am now awaiting a follow-up call or email from them. I demand that you: * Immediately investigate this *****ulent debt review flag. * Remove the flag from my credit profile as it was placed ********ly and without my consent. * Provide a written confirmation that this *****ulent mark has been removed. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act with the urgency it deserves. My financial reputation is at stake, and I will not allow these *****sters to ruin my life.
