Urgent Complaint: Dispute Resolution Delay - ELR***
I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding dispute number ELR***. It has been three months since the dispute was resolved in my favor, yet my RCP loan payment history remains unchanged. Despite numerous assurances, no action has been taken to update the records since November last year. The constant promises from Experian's customer service team have proven empty and unfulfilled. This situation is unacceptable and has severe consequences for my financial future. Immediate action is needed to rectify this issue.
