Updating my details

I am trying to change my cellphone number in order to log in, but no one answers any phone lines, and I've been holding on for over an hour. Their services is terrible, why are they even in South Africa if they do not serve the public? Your websites goes in circles just to get in contact with them, and still nothing. We're suppose to rely on these bureaus for our livelihood, but we get no where!
