Update on credit bureaus

My Name is Thabiso. November 21 2017 i went to FNB bank to request a credit card, initially i qualified for a R5000 one and few second later the system declined the offer saying im over in debted as im paying a capfin loan of R-+7500 monthly. So the lady from FNB adviced me to check with compuscan and Transunion. Following day i did that, both credit bureaus requested supporting documents that i did pay that capfin loan and it settled, i emailed all the dcuments and was given reference from compuscan and they said i should allow them 20 working days to investigate and resolve the matter, on the 27 December 2017 i called to do a follow up and spoke to a consumer care consultant named Gift and he verbalised that they have received the documents but nothing has been done to update or investigate the matter, later he send me an email with ref number and when i try calling i cant get through and with email i get automated response. i really need help. I need to get financial help to register for my university degree. Any help i would appreciate. Thanks
