Update of Credit profile online

Good day,<br> <br> I have been blacklisted by Jet few month back and I settled and closed that account 7 months ago.<br> I called and forwarded all my documents with cancellation letter to Experian so they can update my profil.<br> They informed me they cannot do it manually only the system can update my credit score and that will take 20 days. That was in February and now it August, still my profile is not updated. My credit score is a mess. I can't do anything because their system is taking forever to update my profile.<br> <br> I understand that bad recod of Jet will stay on my profile 3 yrrs. On the national consumer act, it stays people's profile must be updated after a month and their names should be cleared. <br> <br> Can someone upstairs clear my name, your operators do not have the powers.
