Update my credit revord

Experian has been unable to update my credit record for over 3 months. I have sent in all relevant documents needed to challenge some prescribed debt and they have done no follow ups nor updates the record.

I have tried to call and nobody answers I held on for more than 30 minutes at a time. Head office has no answer but the recording system.

I am tired of having to be declined because of their lack of efficiency
