update my credit report i have paid the balance in full 2 months ago

Hi I had a fincoice account of which it was settled on the 27/11/2022 i received a paid up letter on the 09/01/2023 but up until today its still reflecting on my credit report that im owing finchoice it has a balance ,i called finchoice and they said they have sent an automated response on my profile to be updated on the 25/01/2023 so now i don't understand what is this?? How long does experian take to update one credit report i have a business that requires my credit status to be clear but now i cant do anything ,finchoice has sent me an email stating that they have conducted a credit check and it says paid up but on my side its still in a red flag ,why does experian have to do this to consumers ??
