Update my credit report.

I have paid off my vodacom account on the 6th of July 2018, but my credit report shows that am that I have not paid the account for the past two months(Feb and March 2020). How is this possible when the last payment date shows that the account was paid on the 6th of July 2020. Please update my credit report.
