Update Credit bureau

I was on debt review and have settled all my debts and also received clearance certificate from the Debt Counsellor. I have recently discovered that on my Compuscan credit report there is an account on my credit report which is Fnb-Discovery Credit Card that still shows in arrears whilst it was paid up.

I did inquire from Fnb and they said the information that the account has been settled was send to all credit bureaus. All the other credit bureaus (Transunion, XDS and Experian) have updated this account to paid up, and its only on Compuscan that it still shows as in arrears.

I will appreciate it if my query can be resolved urgently and satisfactorily as i want to apply for a bond and this negative information that shows on my compuscan credit report that my Discovery-Fnb credit card is still in arrears is preventing me from doing so. I look forward to hearing from you.
