Unresponsive and unhelpfull

I have been trying to get an honest answer from experian and everytime i call in for advice none of the agents working there can give me an answer. I have a judgement on my experian credit report and the according to the NCA a judgemnt retentiin period is 5 years. The rentention period should end October 29 2018. My queation is does the bureau automatically remove the judgement after this day or do i need to call in to followup. Please advise as experian has been unhelpfull thus far with answers.
