Unresponsive

I have an account with compuscan. I have been suspended without any warning. When I finally got an explanation after calling numerous times- it did not make sense to me as we don’t give credit to individuals. When I try to contact compuscan about feedback with my account , melisa ignores my emails and calls. This is so unprofessional and frustrating. It’s been more than a month now and still have not received any feedback.
