Unresolved Dispute 7 month+!!!!

After months of back and forth with Experian my credit report is still reflecting the incorrect information.

I raised a dispute last year for a prescribed debt that was resolved in my favor and I received confirmation thereof! Yet there is one account that is still pulling through and affecting my credit score negatively! Why must we, the consumers beg and plea for people do their jobs. Experian is the main credit bureau but they have NO URGENCY to assist consumers. This is absolutely pathetic!
