Unresolved dispute

I sent all the required documents for a dispute to Lesego on 27/06/2022, I got no response or assistance. Called on the 28/06/2022 and I spoke to Montshioagae on regarding a dispute for the Letstatsi Listings: Ref: 128_2438 and she advised it would be logged on the day and i would get a reference for the query by 12:00. It's the 16/08/2022, still nothing and my profile is not updated. This is just 2 of the numerous people and disputes I have logged with the company and nothing has been done. I started this process in March/ April and it's still on going.
