Unresolved dispute

May you please resolve my dispute that you added on my profile. I had an account which was updated on my profile and I escalated provided the paid up letter now it is updated. Right after it was updated, it got to be shown as a dispute on my profile and it has been there since the 10th of March 2025, we are way past 20days for it to be resolved. Please do something about this as it is an issue for my credit applications. No one responds to my email it is just straight no reply which sucks for a company that deals with people.
