Unresolved Credit Score Query and Lack of Support

Hi,

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Experian.

I submitted a query on Thursday, 14 August 2025 regarding why my credit score has not improved, despite all of my creditors having updated their information. Since then, I’ve sent several follow-up emails and received no response. I’ve also attempted to call multiple times, but no one answers.

This lack of communication is deeply frustrating, especially as I am working hard to improve my financial standing and rely on accurate, up-to-date reporting from Experian to support my goals.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide feedback or resolution as soon as possible.
