Unreachable.
I have been trying to get assistance with regards to a dispute I had on my account. I have called multiple times and their phone line goes to voicemail.
I have sent countless emails, but they're not responding. All while my credit record is being affected by their lack of response. I have been reaching out for over 2 months now and nothing!
