Unreachable and Error on report

I downloaded my latest credit report and noticed there was an error on it, it was still reflecting an amount that for an insurance company I haven't used in months. I have tried to call the office and just get cut off, I have emailed as well and no replies. They are hurting my credit reputation by being un-accesable and listing incorrect information. If they are going to play with peoples lives like this they need to take responsibility for their company and ensure that their reporting is accurate and that they are accessible. I expect a reply from them within the hour and the issue sorted immediately.
