Unprofessional, unreliable and capturing wrong info on my score!

I have provided them with a statement as requested to show that my credit card is almost paid in full and they said they will update, recently logged in to see they updated the account completely the opposite which shows my card is almost maxed out! I have sent multiple emails trying to explain and attaching the statement numerous times but no feedback nowadays! So right now it’s displaying wrong and False information which is effecting my score! This is ridiculous, if you don’t know how to read a statement or don’t understand then ask or double check! You can’t play with a persons score like this!! Please fix my account! If a consultant from my bank needs to phone and give you the same feedback then ask so! I am tired of waiting for someone to fix my account properly!
