Unprofessional Service and Bad customer Service
Good day. I trust you are well.
We are writing to HelloPeter because helloPeter values customers complaints. Wehave lodged a query or dispute for about a week or 2 on the my credit expert platform and we got a feedback from Nomathamsaqa Pienaar on the 10th of May to answer the questions that were required till then we waited for about 10 days until we send another email to her on the 20th of May 2022 and we still waiting for feedback if the dispute was lodged.
This is very poor service being provide to the us or customers especially with a very recognized company like that. The call center's agents at Experian are very rude and unprofessional to deal with.
I hope this platform will help us as it always does.
