Unprofessional Business

This business is ruining peoples life, they have inconsistent credit report on the report all my accounts are closed but when I try to apply for credit there is an adverse listing on my name that is not on my credit report.

I've been trying to call them for the past 4 weeks so I can know this account their call centre never works even if you call at 8h00 they already experiencing high call volume then same thing the whole day.

Horrible experience to deal with this business, companies should stop using it.
