Unprofessional and poor service from Experian SA

Experian did not want to remove vodacom account on my credit score and I send them settlement letter from Vodacom and their Attorney called HP Attorneys to confirm that the account has been paid in full. They can even help one of the consultant told me I must communicate with Vodacom to clear it. It was very funny to talk to that unprofessional consultant. They further send the email which it’s a contravention of CPA that I should proceed being prejudiced by Vodacom.
